Maya Ubud Resort & Spa is located in the picturesque uplands of Ubud, a five-minute drive or 20-minute stroll from the town bars, restaurants and markets. The popular Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary is a 10-minute drive away and many historic temples lie waiting to be discovered amid the jungle. The hotel is located approximately an 80-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Mayasari from 7am to 11am.
• Daily three-course lunch is a set menu served at Tree Bar from 11am to 3pm.
• Nightly three-course dinner is a set menu served at Tree Bar from 6pm to 10pm.
• Nightly cocktail is served at Tree Bar from 6pm.
• Daily afternoon tea includes a selection of Balinese sweets served with coffee and tea. Afternoon tea is served at Tree Bar from 4pm to 5pm daily.
• Included spa treatment must be booked in advance, preferably upon check-in.
• Spa treatments are available from 9am to 11am and 5pm to 7pm only. Spa treatments cannot be booked for the day of arrival. Massage is a Balinese massage.
• Inter-hotel transfer between Maya Ubud and Maya Sanur is only available for a combination stay with Maya Sanur. Transfers must be booked in advance via email.
• Kids’ club is available for children aged between four and 12 years, for a maximum of three hours per day. Kids’ club is open from 8.30am to 1.30pm daily.
• Daily resort activities includes yoga, mat pilates, rice paddy walks and forest trail walks, and will follow resort schedule.
• Shuttle to Ubud runs multiple times a day per schedule from 9am to 5pm. Should you require transportation outside the above schedule, it is available at a charge through the bell captain.
• Floating breakfast inclusion (Heavenly Pool Villa only) is served in-villa and must be booked in advance, preferably at check-in.

One-Way or Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (Upgraded Packages Only):

• Includes: A one-way OR return private airport transfer (depending on the Package purchased), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
