7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Mayasari restaurant from 7am to 11am.
- Daily afternoon tea is served at the Tree Bar terrace from 4pm to 5pm.
- Daily lunch is served at Tree Bar from 11am and dinner is served from 6pm.
- The included massages take place at The Spa at Maya between 10am and 12pm or between 5pm and 7pm. Please book upon check-in.
- The nightly cocktail per adult is served at Tree Bar from 6pm to 10pm and can be chosen from a selection of local cocktails.
- Kids’ club is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm for children aged 4–12.
- Kids’ playground is open from 9am to 6pm for children aged 4+.
- Shuttle transfers are valid only for combination stays between Maya Sanur and Maya Ubud. Please notify reception to arrange your departure time upon checkout.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time.
- Child seats requirements.
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items.
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
