The retreat is approximately a two-hour drive from Nelson Airport (NSN) or a 3.5-hour drive from Christchurch Airport (CHC). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

- Hot Tub and Private Sauna Experience: Advanced bookings are essential for the daily one-hour private forest hot tub experience and one-hour chroma-sauna and Finnish sauna sessions. subject to availability. Please contact the hotel for more information. The experience is valid between 8am and 10pm daily. The sauna and hot tub are used in unison during the forest bathing experience and must be booked together.
- Daily Hot Tub and Private Sauna Experience is only available for 4+nights stays. For 2-night stays, one Hot Tub and Private Sauna Experience per stay are available.
- Daily yoga classes are only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Breakfast is served between 9.30am and 11am daily.
