The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Nearby construction of 2 high-rise towers on Palm Avenue, which is the street in front of the property, may cause noise disturbance. Work is underway Monday–Saturday from 6:30 AM-6:30 PM. Work is scheduled for completion in December 2029
