7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• La Mesa restaurant, where all meals are served, is located offsite within the Peppers Beach Club & Spa at 123 Williams Esplanade.
• The spa credit is valid for A$25 per adult on treatments over 60 minutes in length at Palm Cove Day Spa. Specials and packages must be valued above A$150 to redeem credit. Bookings essential. Credits cannot be combined.
• Buffet breakfast is served between 7am and 10.30am.
• The two-course lunch is served a la carte at La Mesa restaurant. Guests are presented a lunch voucher on arrival which they must present to the restaurant upon redeption. Advance bookings are required. Lunch is available from 12pm until 2.30pm daily.
• Wi-Fi can be used on multiple devices and accessed in all areas of the hotel. Daily limit is 1GB. Surcharges apply if guests exceed the daily limit.
• Two Bedroom Dual Key Apartments consist of an interconnecting Hotel Spa Room and a One Bedroom Apartment.
• This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges as there are no lifts on the premises. Rooms on the first and second floors must be accessed via stairs and ground-floor units cannot be guaranteed.
