Mandalay Luxury Beachfront Apartments is located in Port Douglas, approximately a one-hour drive from Cairns Airport (CNS). The property sits just steps from Four Mile Beach behind the beachfront Esplanade, with easy beach access (no ocean views), just a 15-minute walk from all the restaurants, bars and boutiques on lively Macrossan Street. Airport transfers are not included, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• The Deluxe apartments are all three-bedroom apartments, with one bedroom being locked if the apartment is booked as a two-bedroom.
• Apartments are not serviced daily. Stays of 8 nights or longer receive a complimentary mid-stay service. Stays shorter than 8 nights receive no housekeeping or amenities. This can be purchased from the property directly for A$60 per apartment per night. This includes a towel change, beds made, rubbish removed and amenities stocked.
• There are no lifts on the property and guests will be required to use internal stairs.

• Port Douglas accommodation: pick up 8.20am, returns approx 4.00 – 4.30pm
• Please note all times are approximate. Please ensure you are on time for your pick up! If you are not on time, you may miss your pick up which will incur 100% cancellation fee.
• All dietary requirements must be notified at the time of reservation, or at least 48 hours notice before travel. We cater for vegetarians and most other requirements within reason and providing they are of a medical nature.
• Itineraries are also subject to change, modification and some destinations may not be reached at the discretion of the Billy Tea Safaris guide on the day due to weather conditions, road conditions, possible road closures, and the safety of all passengers.
