  • Singapore Zoo and Rainforest Wild ASIA tickets can be redeemend at the Concierge Desk. Tickets should be redeemed at least one day prior to visiting.
  • Shuttle service to nearby wildlife parks runs every 10 minutes from 8am to 11pm daily, operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Rangers’ Club Kids’ Club is open from 8am to 6pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 8am to 7pm on Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays. Kids’ Club access incurs a fee.
