MAMAKA by Ovolo sits on the tranquil shores of Kuta’s beachfront, placing you steps from the sand and surf. Beachwalk shopping mall is a short stroll from the resort, while Seminyak’s boutique shopping, dining and nightlife scene is all within easy reach.

The resort is located approximately a 25-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). One-way or return airport transfers are included in select pakcages, please see the Fine Print for details.

Compulsory Christmas Brunch: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR450,000 per adult (12+) and IDR225,000 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Brunch. Payable directly to the hotel. Includes dinner only (food only).

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1,000,000 per adult (12+) and IDR500,000 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner. Payable directly to the hotel. Includes dinner only (food only).

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.

• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
• This experience does not need to be used on final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins, reservations only.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
