Special instructions

Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests are required to advise the resort of their transfer arrangements to the resort at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Professional property host/manager

• Malolo accepts helicopter transfers using Likuliku’s helipad. The commercial jetty near the helipad has been refurbished. Helicopter arrivals or departures before 8am are not accepted. Malolo guests arriving/departing by heli will be collected/dropped-off by a Malolo boat – a 5-minute journey to/from the Resort. The preferred company is Island Hoppers.
• Bonus Inclusion 5+ nights (select packages only): Choice of kids eat free (KEF) with FJD200 credit OR freedom of choice with FJD300 credit. Adults will need to purchase meal plans if they choose the kids eat free option.
• Children’s Watersports Experience (select packages only): Only available for stays of 7+ nights. Choice of a 30-minute banana boat ride, waterskiing, wake boarding, knee boarding or donut ride.
• Weekly cocktail party and Meke performance takes place on Saturdays only.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 6 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

Taxes & fees:

Compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Gala Dinners are not included in the total cost and are payable 45 days prior to arrival:

Children (4 to 12 years old): FJD 95.00

Infant (Under 4 years old): Complimentary

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner (31 December 2025):

Adult (13 years and above): FJD 295.00

Update 15 January 2025, 9.25 AEDT: For guests booking the Freedom of Choice Package, the following conditions apply:

• Guests must book at least 120 days prior to arrival.
• This rate is not available with other offers/packages except Honeymoon Bonus.
• Dining credit is not available for use on Christmas/New Year’s menus.

• Family Bure has an allowance of four children (12 years and under) sharing the bure.
• Children receive buffet breakfast at Terrace Restaurant, one daily small ice-cream per child at Coastal Cones Ice Cream Parlour, lunch at The Terrace (from 12pm–1.30pm daily), dinner at The terrace (from 5.30pm–7pm) and complimentary kid’s club access (from 9am–9pm).
