Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2024, an additional surcharge of THB6,000 per adult (18+) and THB3,000 per child (4–17) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort on arrival.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily lunch is at Mai Pub & Restaurant and is available from 12pm to 5pm, and dinner is at Mai Pub & Restaurant or Fine Dining Sala from 6pm to 9pm (last order is at 8.30pm). Guests can choose two courses from a set menu.
• The resort activities are as per the resort’s schedule and subject to availability. All activities, including yoga, snorkelling and kayaking must be booked at least one day in advance at reception.
• Children enjoying the Fun Zone must be supervised by a parent.
• One-way airport transfer inclusion must be reserved via the resort at least seven days in advance. Car seats for infants can be provided, on request at time of reservation, for THB500 per seat.
• 30-minute massage inclusion must be reserved via the resort at least two days in advance.
• All-inclusive beer, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks can be ordered from a set menu. They are available at the pool and restaurant bars from 12pm to 10pm (last call 9.30pm). Unlimited soft drinks available for children at the pool and restaurant bars only. The free flow drinks are not to be taken away from participating restaurants and bars. Guests must have drinks as per limited time in each outlet only.
• Guests are advised to check with hotel staff for scheduling and booking of the local shuttle service at least one day in advance.
• Sometimes, local laws, religious customs or events mean facilities aren’t available and can change anytime without prior notice.
