Mai Khao Lak Beach Resort & Spa enjoys a superb location in the heart of Khao Lak along the stunning Pak Weep Beach. The town centre, with its restaurants and shops, is only a 15-minute shuttle bus away. The resort is located an approximately 80-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). A one-way airport transfer is included in your package; please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily lunch or dinner consists of two courses per adult and one course per child.
• Dinner and lunch available at The Meal Restaurant, Talay Thai and Green & Grilled Restaurant.
• Two massages per package. Excludes Beauty Salon.
• Massages must be booked a day in advance (minimum) and cannot be combined.
• Free-flow drinks include local beer, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks for adults. The free flow drinks are not to be taken away from participating restaurants and bars. Guests must have drinks as per limited time in each outlet only.
• Unlimited soft drinks for children in the pool bars and restaurant bars only.
• Free-flow drinks are available from 4pm to 6pm daily.
• Some facilities are operated as seasonal (November to April) and depending on the weather permitted.
• Indoor cinema operates from 16 April to 31 October as per schedule.
• The Restaurant (for breakfast) is closed from May until October. During this time meals will be served at The Mangrove Restaurant.
• The shuttle bus to and from Khao Lak centre is per schedule, limited seats, booking required.
• The playroom is open for children 11 and under.

Arrival Airport Transfers Upgrade

Inclusions:

• Arrival private airport transfers between Phuket Airport (HKT) and the resort.
• English-speaking driver.
• Airport parking and toll fee.
• One 330ml bottle of water per person.

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• The three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. The six-passenger van fits six pieces of luggage.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge.
• Additional seats will be charged at THB210 per seat required. Guests may also bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for up to one hour for delayed passengers. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
