Update 16 October, 3.30pm AEDT: Please note routine maintenance and reonvations are underway, expected to continue until the end of October 2025. This may cause some noise disruptions, however the resort will take every measure to avoid disruptions to guests.

Child Policy: Guests under 16 are not permitted in the Adults-Only Wing and cannot be accommodated.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For additional adults and all children staying on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,500 per adult (16+) and THB3,250 per child (2–15) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. The resort will reach out to the guests to collect the additional surcharge prior to arrival.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is available at The Mangrove Restaurant or The Restaurant from 7.30am to 10.30am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is a two-course set menu, served at The Restaurant, The Meal Restaurant, Green & Grill Restaurant, Talay Thai or The Food Court.
• Daily lunch or dinner is a two-course meal per adult and one-course meal per child.
• The included massages can be redeemed at Mind Spa and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Free-flow drinks are available from 4pm to 6pm at Pool Bar and The Bar, plus Adults-Only Wing guests have access to the Adults Only Pool Bar. Drinks include a selection of cocktails, local beer, spirits, soft drinks and juice boxes.
• Unlimited soft drinks are available for children during free-flow hours in the pool bars and restaurant bars only.
• The free-flow drinks are not to be taken away from participating restaurants and bars. Guests must have drinks as per limited time in each outlet only.
• Welcome bottle of wine is either white or red and is from Northern Thailand.
• Some facilities are operated as seasonal (November to April) and depending on the weather.
• The shuttle service to and from Khao Lak centre is per schedule, limited seats, booking required.
• Adults-Only Wing includes exclusive access to Sky Restaurant, Sky Bar and Adults Only Pool Bar.
• The Kid’s Zone is open to children 12 years and under.
• Kids Playroom is open from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm under parental supervision.
• Movie night operates at the stage daily (weather dependent) and must be booked in advance at the reception.
• Complimentary resort activities include beach volleyball, sea kayak and tennis.
• Some resort activities require bookings in advance and are dependent on weather. Please contact the resort directly for more information.
• The welcome drink is a herbal drink or juice.
• The property, facilities and dining are subject to government regulations and restrictions.
• Guests booking a Deluxe Suite will be allocated a room in the Family Zone. Guests may request a suite in the Adults Only Zone. Extra charges apply and are payable to the hotel directly.

Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Transfers required from 12am–6am will be charged a supplement of THB350 per vehicle each way.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210 per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
