Getting to Bali is easy. Qantas, Garuda Indonesia, Jetstar, Air Asia, Virgin Australia, and more have flights departing daily from most Australian capital cities with an average flight time of six hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of three hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of five hours), Dubai (approx flight time of nine hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of four hours).

The resort is located a 40-minute drive from Bali’s international airport with return private airport transfers included in your package. Please contact the resort prior to your arrival to organise your transfer.

Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is  three people. See the ‘Extra Guest  Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of USD$60.50 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 6-11 years) may stay for a surcharge of USD$36.30 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant/young child (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
