- Pool access is permitted between 10am and 9pm (final admission at 8pm). Only the indoor pool is available after 6pm on weekdays. The Outdoor Garden Pool is operated only during the summer season. Guests under 3 years of age are not permitted to use the pool. Swimwear rental is not available.
- Onsen access is available between 6.30am and 10am (final admission at 9am) and 1pm and 11pm (final admission at 10pm) on weekdays, and 6.30am and 10am (final admission at 9am) on weekends. Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Lotte Arai Playground access is available between 10am and 1pm (final admission at 12pm) and 1.30pm and 5pm (final admission at 4pm) only. Guests must be aged 4 or above, measure at least 100cm in height and weigh under 100 kg. Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Socks are required when using rental shoes. Please bring your own socks, as the resort does not offer rentals. Only specialised bouldering shoes may be brought into the facility. Sneakers and slippers are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Shoes can be rented for JPY500 per person. Reservations are not required. Please note, the playground is operating with limited numbers.
- Advanced shuttle bus bookings are essential and must be made at least 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. Pick up at Myoko Joetsu Station West Exit. Delays or changes may occur due to road conditions or weather. The shuttle timetable can be found here.
- Ski hire is available from Salomon station, located in the village.
- Hot spring tax not included, and is payable JPY150 per person, per night.
