‘7-Day change of mind guarantee’: Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of booking and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Superior Twin Room and Deluxe Twin Room - Packages are valid for two people
Bedding configuration is two single beds.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults. No additional guests can be added.
Family Room - Packages are valid for three people
Bedding configuration is one double bed and one single bed.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. No additional guests can be added.
Deluxe Double Twin Room - Packages are valid for four people
Bedding configuration is two double beds.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four people. No additional guests can be added.
Child Policy: One infant/young child (aged five and under) per bed may stay in any room category and will not count towards max. room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge, subject to availability.
A limited number of connecting Superior Twin Rooms and Deluxe Twin Rooms are available. Please request at time of booking. Requests cannot be guaranteed.
Please note, the resort consists of four buildings. Superior Rooms are located in the Arai building. Deluxe Rooms are located in the Lodge building. These buildings are only a few metres apart (approx. one minute walk).
Mt. Ohkenashi views are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
