Loly Boutique Hotel Roma is located in the city’s Trastevere neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria. It’s also within a 15-minute drive of famous landmarks such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican City and the Pantheon. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport (FCO). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Osteria Trastevere will remain closed for dinner on 24, 25 & 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served from 7am until 10.30am at Osteria Trastevere. Guests can enjoy cold and hot dishes, such as eggs, bacon, bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cakes, ham and cheese, jam, honey and fruit juices. There is also a la carte menu with french toast, avocado toast, omelettes and fresh fruit juice available for a surcharge.
• For the aperitivo experience, guests can select a glass of wine, Prosecco or spritz, served with snacks at the hotel bar from 4:30pm to 11pm.
• At check-in, guests will receive a voucher for a glass of wine per guest at Caffè della Pace in Via della Pace 3, near Piazza Navona.
• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used on dinner only at Osteria Trastevere (excludes drinks, minibar and in-room dining). No minimum spend applies.
• The welcome drink is either a coffee, cappuccino or orzo (a caffeine-free barley drink) served at the bar.
• Loly Boutique Hotel Roma is a non-smoking property.
• Parking is available for EUR40 per day.
• All rooms have double beds. Guests can request two separate mattresses connected by one headboard, on request and subject to availability.
