It is a 30-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport (MLE) to Maamigili Villa International Airport (VAM) and then a 35–45-minute speedboat trip to Lily Beach Resort & Spa. Roundtrip domestic flights and speedboat transfers are included in your package.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights (outside of your Melbourne to Malé return flight) booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges. • Please Note: The baggage allowance on your charter flight will be different to included baggage allowance on your transfer flight to the resort. Please be aware that luggage amounts exceeding 20kgs will incur an additional surcharge, payable directly to the airline.

• Return VIP transfers: Your package includes roundtrip transfers (domestic flights and speedboat), with meet and greet service at Malé International Airport (MLE). Please contact the resort to arrange. Additional costs for roundtrip transfers (domestic flights and speedboat) are required for all children and extra guests, excluding infants under the age of two. Please see Room Policies for more information. The dedicated team will meet you at the airport and may also be located at counter C15 in Malé International Airport and will assist you in your transfer to Lily Beach Resort & Spa.The baggage allowance on the seaplane and domestic flights is 20kg of checked luggage and 5kg of hand luggage per person. Seaplane transfers are available to purchase at an extra cost.
• Lily Maa has the following opening hours: breakfast from 7am to 10.30am, lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm. Special menu options are available on request for certain dietary requirements such as vegetarian cuisine.
• AQVA Bar is open for lunch from 12pm to 3pm, a small snack selection is available upon request from 3.30pm to 6pm and dinner is from 7.30pm to 10pm. It is open throughout the day and evening for drinks. AQVA (including the infinity pool) is adults-only (16 and older).
• Vibes Bar is open for lunch from 12pm to 3pm and a small buffet snack selection is available from 3.30pm to 6pm. It is open throughout the day and evening for drinks.
• All-inclusive daily free-flow drinks are available from The Spirit Bar, AQVA Bar and Vibes Bar. Some premium drinks are not covered by the all-inclusive package and may cost extra. These will be identified on the menus.
• Advanced reservations are recommended for Tamarind for the one a la carte dinner per week.
• Minibar includes a bottle of white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, juice, water, snacks, tea and coffee replenished daily.
• Complimentary group sunrise yoga sessions are offered six days per week. Other yoga experiences are premium paid activities.
• Access to the sports complex includes tennis court, table tennis, billiards tables, fitness centre, beach volleyball court, football pitch, children’s playground and all indoor games.
• Excursions per person are to be selected from coral garden snorkelling, fishing trip, sunset cruise and a trip to a local island.
• For children aged 3–11 years, Turtle Kids’ Club opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm. It offers a daily program with indoor and outdoor activities.
• Guests whose villa is not available for early check-in will be provided with a day room until their villa is available.
