Arrival between 9pm and 4am is subject to EUR80 late arrival fee.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

- On the ground floor, you’ll find two twin bedrooms and one double, along with a guest bathroom designed for wheelchair accessibility.
- All our villas are equipped with a Bluetooth speaker in line with Ibiza’s sound regulations. Outside equipment – including speakers and DJ setups – is strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- This villa cannot be rented to groups where any guests are under the age of 28.
