Special instructions

Guests must transfer via airplane or boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Please note that the property is only accessible via 45-minute seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport in Male. For same-day seaplane transfer, guests on international flights must arrive in the Maldives before 4 PM and depart after 9 AM. Guests must send arrival and departure flight details directly to the property at least 7 days prior to arrival. Flight departures may be affected by weather conditions, international flight connections, and aviation regulations. Maximum luggage allowance on the seaplane is 44 lbs (20 kg) plus 11 lbs (5 kg) hand luggage. Fees apply for excess baggage and must be arranged in advance. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.

• A tax is imposed by the city: USD 12.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 2 years of age.

Seaplane Transfers:

• The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport (MLE). The resort can only be reached by a mandatory seaplane transfer, available at an additional cost (payable directly to the resort).
• To book your seaplane transfer, please contact the resort directly at resort.kuredhivaru.reservations@ennismore.com at least seven days prior to your arrival.
• Transfers depart every three hours.
• All transfer information is subject to change. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm transfer details before you depart for your escape.
