**Can I change my check-in date post-purchase?: **Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

**Two Bedroom Villa **- Packages are valid for four adults (aged 12 and over).

**Child Policy: **One child (aged 11 and under) can stay for a surcharge of THB1,250 per night sleeping on a rollaway mattress with accommodation and breakfast included.
Infant Policy: One infant (aged one and under) can stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the hotel.
Three Bedroom Villa - Packages are valid for six adults (aged 12 and over).

**Private Pool or Beachfront View Upgrade: **You can upgrade your villa to contain a private pool or beachfront views for an additional surcharge of THB2,000 per night. Alternatively, you can upgrade to include both a private pool and beachfront views for a surcharge of THB4,000 per night. Please contact the resort directly to confirm availablity and pay the surcharge if you wish to upgrade. Please note, this upgrade surcharge is in addition to the high season surcharge for stays on 1 November - 20 December 2018 and 8 January - 30 April 2019.
Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Dinners must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
A surcharge of THB1,500 (plus tax and service charge) applies per way for guests arriving before 6am and/or departing after 6pm.
Laundry service does not include pressing.
Babysitting service is for up to two children only and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Daily massages cannot be exchanged for any other service. During low season, massages take place in-villa, during high season massages take place in the beachfront sala with a THB200 (plus service and tax) surcharge applying per massage, per hour if you wish to have it in your villa. Massages must be booked a least 24 hours in advance.
