This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers and pets.
The entrance to the home is located down a steep flight of stairs and is located one floor down from street level. - The bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
Please note, the homeowner lives in the house above this home, with its own separate entrance. There is an interconnecting door joining the two homes together but this will be locked for your stay.
Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
