This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is available between 6.30am and 10.30am, and is available to order in-villa one time only from a set menu. Prosecco is available at breakfast.
• The 60-minute massage must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, and is subject to availability. Massage can be booked as a couple’s massage, or as an individual massage.
• One-time degustation lunch and dinner is redeemable at any time within restaurant opening hours (lunch from 12pm to 3pm daily and dinner from 6pm to 10.30pm). Bookings must be arranged through hotel reservations at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Private roundtrip transfers are available from Phuket International Airport (HKT) for a maximum of three guests. Surcharges may apply for more travellers. Please contact the hotel’s reservations team for more information. Please book your transfers at least seven days prior to arrival by contacting the hotel’s reservations team with your flight arrival and departure information.
• Yoga and Muay Thai classes can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Complimentary shuttle may be arranged at 11am, 2pm and 4pm.
