Love Bali Tourist Levy: Please note, a mandatory IDR150,000 tourist levy applies to all international visitors travelling to Bali. This fee can be paid in cash on arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) or seaports, or online through the Love Bali website here.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast can be served at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran or in your villa at any time between 7am and 10pm.
• Daily lunch is a two-course set menu served at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran from 12pm to 2pm.
• Nightly dinner is a two-course set menu served at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran from 7pm to 9pm.
• The daily restocked minibar includes soft drinks only.
• Please note that butler service is shared across all the villas.
• Afternoon tea is a selection of savoury and sweet snacks served at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran or in your villa from 2.30–4.30pm.
• The floating breakfast can be served any day chosen by guests. Advance booking through your butler is required.
• The complimentary shuttle service provides drop-off and pick-up throughout the local Jimbaran area, and operates between 8am and 5pm. Advance shuttle reservation is required through your butler.
• The daily bucket of beer and canapés can be served in your villa or at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran. Please reserve through your butler.
• Airport transfers must be reserved a minimum of one day in advance. The maximum capacity is four guests with one piece of luggage each. Guests should inform the hotel in advance should they expect to have extra luggage.
• BBQ dinner (select packages only) must be booked in advance through your butler.
• The welcome drink is a summer punch mocktail (a mix of guava juice, orange juice and strawberry).

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:
