Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse

Situated at the base of Mount Niseko Annupuri, Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse occupies a unique position at the heart of Niseko Village. The property is approximately two hours from Sapporo’s New Chitose Airport (CTS), however, timings may vary depending on conditions. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

During winter, daily scheduled coach services are available from New Chitose Airport or from Sapporo to Niseko. The coach will conveniently stop at the entrances of every accommodation within Niseko Village, with a journey time of approximately 2.5 hours, and can be booked directly with Hokkaido Resort Liner Bus or White Liner Bus.

Niseko United All Mountain Lift Pass: Book your lift passes early and receive an exclusive Luxury Escapes’ discount. A Niseko United All Mountain Lift Pass enables one to ski or snowboard on FOUR ski resorts under Niseko United - Niseko Village, Grand Hirafu, Niseko Annupuri and Janazono, allowing access to 29 lifts and gondolas, 60 runs and free rides on the inter-mountain shuttle bus. Discounted Lift Passes must be pre-booked and purchased prior to arrival at the hotel. Contact the resort concierge at kasara@niseko-village.com for further details. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Niseko Village Pass for kids is valid during daily normal operational hours (subject to weather conditions). The included Niseko Village lift pass is non-upgradeable.
• Daily breakfast at Goshiki is available from 7am–9.30am
• Booking and payment at least 30 days prior to arrival are required for the 15% rental discount on ski and snowboard equipment. Mid-range gear only. Includes ski, boots and poles or snowboards only. Does not include ski wear and other accessories.
• Booking and payment at least 30 days prior to arrival are required for the 20% discount on all mountain Niseko Passes. Mid-range gear only.
