Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. • Our local team will be in touch within 1-2 business days to book in your desired date.
• A three-seater passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage, whereas a six-seater passenger car can fit six pieces.
• The infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests are allowed to bring their own.
• The driver will wait for up to one hour. After then, the airport transfer will be considered cancelled.
