Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR2,722,500 per adult (12+) and IDR1,361,250 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Infants are free of charge. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Spa discounts apply to published a la carte rates. Discounts are not applicable nor combinable with/for any spa promotion. Treatments must be booked in advance.
- 10% dining discount at all onsite outlets (select packages only) excludes alcoholic beverages and is not applicable when redeemed against other promotions.
- Buffet breakfast is served at Kepuh Restaurant from 7am to 10.30am.
- Daily cocktails are served at Kelapa Poolside Bar and Restaurant, Lianas Cabana Bar or Bale Gourmet Lounge between 3pm and 6pm. Each adult will receive one per day unless upgrading to the overindulgence package, in which guests are entitled to two hours of daily free-flow during that time period.
- Two-course set-menu lunch or dinner are served at Kelapa Poolside Bar and Restaurant from 11am to 5pm and 6pm to 10pm. Guests who book an Overindulgence Package will receive both lunch and dinner daily.
- One child (11 and under) stays free with dining inclusions when ordering from children’s menu (select packages only).
- Afternoon tea (select packages only) is served at Bale Gourmet Lounge between 3pm and 5pm. Advance reservations required.
- Yoga is provided at OmTara Spa by Clarins as per the resort schedule and must be booked in advance. Classes run on a weekly schedule.
- Complimentary activities include a rice field walk, Balinese house visit, coffee tasting and more, as per the resort’s schedule.
- Daily shuttle to Ubud is run on a set schedule departing 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. Pre-booking is advised.
- Guests also enjoy access to smart TV services (Netflix, HBO) and nightly turn-down service (upon request).
- Solo packages are valid for single occupancy only (one adult per room). Additional guests must book a standard package valid for two guests or more.
Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A one-way OR return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
