7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily lunch is only available at The Deli, Waterfront, Infinity Bar, or The Beach Bar, while dinner is at Takrai, Sakura or Olive.
• Daily pitcher of the cocktail of the day and canapés are served per package.
• Bookings are required in advance for massages and cooking classes.
• Children sleep in existing bedding for the Deluxe Lagoon Pool View, Deluxe Lagoon Pool Access and Duplex Suite. Additional beds can be purchased for a surcharge, per child, per night, subject to availability.

Arrival airport transfer:

• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. One-way arrival airport transfer only.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
• Six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Transfers required between midnight and 6am will be charged a supplement of THB350 per vehicle.
• Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat. Alternatively, guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After this, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
