Regular flights from Australia to Dubai are available with Emirates, Qantas, Cathay Pacific and more. Dubai is a great stopover destination when travelling to Europe from Australia.
Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 8 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 9 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 7 hours).
Transfers: Guests purchasing the four-night DELUXE Room will receive one-way airport transfers (arrival or departure). Guests purchasing the six-night or eight-night DELUXE Room will receive return airport transfers. Transfers are NOT included for guests in Superior Room packages. Transfers will be provided by Arabian Adventures and cannot be booked via the hotel. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact Arabian Adventures directly via email at aatmres@emirates.com. You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 72 hours prior to arrival): Booking confirmation email and flights details. Transfers are from Dubai International Airport (DXB).

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
‘7-Day change of mind guarantee’: Bookings (except for Tour bookings) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…
You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Any further date changes are at the hotel’s discretion and will incur a fee of US$50, payable direct.
Superior & Deluxe Room – Package valid for two adults and two children
Bedding Configuration: One king or two double beds, subject to availability. Rollaway can only be added to the king room
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of AED250 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed (or existing bedding) with accommodation, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ access and half-board dining only. Payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy: Two children (aged 11 and under) are included in the package. No additional children can be accommodated.
Baby Policy: Infants count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge.
Connecting rooms are not available.

Wild Wadi Waterpark™ closes for annual maintenance each year from mid-January to mid-February. There will be no access to this facility during this time.
