Special instructions

This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for guests age 12 and older. Guests must walk up 16 steps from the hotel’s parking lot in the basement to the lobby. Guests may choose to drop off their luggage at the hotel’s main entrance prior to parking their vehicle. Hotel parking spots are subject to availability. If the hotel parking facility is fully occupied, alternative parking options are available for hourly rates opposite the hotel or at 1st Avenue Mall. Guests who park offsite will be reimbursed for their parking charges at the hotel’s front desk upon check-out.
