Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Secure undercover self-parking is available at Wilson Central Park Parking, accessible via 150 St Georges Terrace. Guests may enter and exit the car park multiple times throughout the day. Guests are advised to park at the front of the hotel to check-in first where the front desk team will provide parking tickets, directions and any relevant details.
- When booking an additional adult in the One King Junior Suite City View Club Lounge Access, a rollaway bed is not included. Requests for extra bedding for adults need to be made at the time of the booking, as rollaways are limited. Please contact the hotel for more information.

- Daily a la carte breakfast is served at from 6.30am to 10.30am.
