7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is served between 7am and 10.30am at Sanasana. Navo Specialty Dining is open for breakfast for adults only between 7.30am and 10.30am.
• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit may be used towards any resort-managed products and services including spa, room service, restaurants and bars. Purchases from concessionaires such as Reef Safari, Hydro Sports and Resort shops cannot be offset against the credit.
• The four-course degustation dinner is served at Navo Specialty Dining on a night of your choice. Please contact guest services to secure your seating. Dinner is served nightly from 5.30pm until 10pm.
• The included Cleopatra bath ritual is drawn in your suite on the night of your choice. The bath includes a sprinkling of tropical petals floats over a blend of locally harvested coconut milk with a white ginger lily infusion, soft candlelight and soothing spa music, accompanied by herbal tea infusions.
• Complimentary non-motorised water sports equipment use is valid for one hour per day. Excludes stand-up paddleboards.
• One complimentary Pool Dive experience per package is held in the onsite dive pool. Ocean Dives at additional cost. Please book in advance.
• Unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort with no restrictions on the number of people in a room or devices.

Club InterContinental Lounge Upgrade Inclusions (select packages only):

• Daily Breakfast either at the Club InterContinental Lounge, Sanasana or Navo Specialty Dining.
• All-day non-alcoholic drinks.
• Daily afternoon tea from 2pm to 4pm.
• Nightly drinks and canapes from 5pm to 7pm (adults only). Please note, children cannot be accommodated for this inclusion.
• Access to the Club InterContinental Lounge and the infinity pool.
• Private check-in and checkout.
• Complimentary daily non-alcoholic minibar.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• After you have made your booking you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date to your nominated email address.
• Additional charges apply from FJ$18 for infant and child booster seats per one-way transfer. Please advise of your requirements at time of booking.
• Please note: Tour Managers Fiji will be confirm your booking via email within 1–2 business days from when you have finalised your transfer information, inclusive of flight details.
• Note for Arrivals transfers: Passengers must make their way from the arrivals/customs hall and head to the Tour Managers Fiji office, where you will be greeted and escorted to your waiting vehicle.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
• This experience does not include and infant car seat. Surcharges from FJ$18 apply for child/booster seats payable directly to Tour Managers Fiji. Guests are able to bring their own booster or child seats if they advise Tour Managers Fiji in advance.
• Postponements due to flight delays where service is re-booked for a later date/time will incur no fees.
• Luggage limits: There is a limit of 1 standard-size suitcase allowed per person on Tour Managers Fiji vehicles. Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs, and the like is subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage.
• For any late booking within a 24-hour period, please contact Tour Managers Fiji directly via phone call followed by an email.
• All guests must call or contact Tour Managers Fiji to re-confirm pick-up and drop-off details for their return journey to Nadi Airport
• Any bookings received within 48 hours of the date of service will be subject to the availability of vehicles.
• Transfer services and any specific requests for a type of vehicle are subject to availability. Where vehicles are fully booked, Tour Managers Fiji will offer transfers with one of its preferred transport subcontractors. This will be advised at the time of booking and will be confirmed if you approve.
