Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.
New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an optional gala dinner is available at an additional surcharge of IDR2,500,000 per adult (12+) and IDR1,250,000 per child (2–11) applies. Infants are at no additional cost. Payable directly to the resort.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Checkout is not permitted on 31 December.
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Taman Gita from 6.30am to 10.30am.
- Daily lunch or dinner includes a main and a dessert from set menu, served at Jimbaran Gardens with lunch from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 8pm.
- To dine for free, children must be with a paying adult. Children will receive one-course kids meal from Kids Menu.
- A nightly cocktail per adult is served at the Jimbaran Gardens Pool Bar during opening hours.
- Planet Trekkers Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 7pm for children aged 4 to 12 years old.
- Complimentary access to resort activities includes aqua aerobics, yoga, outdoor gym and massage lessons. Tennis courts are available for a surcharge. Activities must be booked in advance.
- Included massage is a 45-minute foot, head and shoulder massage at the outdoor garden section of Spa Uluwatu. Reservations required.
- Two Classic Singaraja Space Access rooms are interconnecting, subject to availability, or else will be facing each other.
Singjara Space Access (select packages only):
- Access to Singjara Space is from 7am to 11pm daily, with fresh fruit, coffee, tea and soft drinks available all day for onsite consumption only (select packages only).
- Daily afternoon tea at Singaraja Space (select packages only) is from 2pm to 4pm and includes a selection of sandwiches, cookies and sweet snacks.
- Daily free-flow drinks at Singaraja Space (select packages only) is from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and includes a selection of beers and white, red and sparkling wine.
InterContinental Club Lounge Access (select packages only):
- Guests staying in the Premium Club Lounge rooms (select packages only) can enjoy a four-course daily afternoon tea of Western and Indonesian delicacies in the InterContinental Club from 2pm to 4pm, as well as two hours of free-flow house wine, selected cocktails and canapes from 5pm to 7pm. Children aged 12 years and under will not be allowed access to the Club Lounge during cocktail hours. Alternatively, families with children can choose to be served at the Club InterContinental Pool Bar during these hours only.
- InterContinental Club Lounge access (select packages only) also includes complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks, exclusive access to Club InterContinental’s Serenity Pool, preferred seating in resort restaurants, club rooms in the dedicated club wing, VIP check-in and checkout and Club InterContinental breakfast from 7am to 10.30am.
- Children are not permitted in the InterContinental Club Lounge from 5pm to 7pm, the lounge’s dedicated cocktail hours. For families with children, guests may be be served at Club InterContinental Pool Bar during cocktail hour only.
- Please note, outside of cocktail and canape hour at InterContinental Club Lounge, the Club InterContinental Pool is designated exclusively for adult guests (12+) to provide a more tranquil and relaxing environment for Club InterContinental guests. For families with children under 12 years old, the hotel is pleased to offer alternative pool options that are more vibrant and family-friendly, including the Balinese Bath Pool and the Planet Trekkers Pool, both designed to provide fun and engaging experiences for younger guests.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:
- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:
- Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
- This experience does not need to be used on final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay

- Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins, reservations only.

- CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
