Nyepi Day: Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Taman Gita from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Daily lunch or dinner includes a main and a dessert, served at Jimbaran Gardens with lunch from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 8pm.
• Daily afternoon tea at Singaraja Space (select packages only) is from 2pm to 4pm and includes a selection of sandwiches, cookies and sweet snacks.
• One hour of daily free-flow local beer and wines at Singaraja Space is from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
• Planet Trekkers Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 7pm for children aged 4 – 12.
• Complimentary access to resort activities includes aqua aerobics, yoga, outdoor gym and massage lessons.
• Tennis courts are available for a surcharge. Activities must be booked in advance.
• Guests are entitled to complimentary access to the fitness centre including the steam room, opening hours are 12pm to 12am.
• Access for Singjara Space is from 7am to 11pm daily, with fruit, coffee, tea and soft drinks available all day for onsite consumption only. (select packages only),
• All-inclusive guests (select packages only) can enjoy a la carte lunch and dinner at Jimbaran Gardens and the pool area from an exclusive Luxury Escapes menu from 11am to 11pm. Light bites and snacks from a select menu are available at Sunset Beach Bar & Grill from 11am to 5pm. Dinner at Sunset Beach Bar & Grill is at an additional cost, with a 25% discount on food from an exclusive Luxury Escapes a la carte menu.
• All-inclusive guests (select packages only) can enjoy daily free-flow drinks from an exclusive Luxury Escapes menu at Jimbaran Garden from 11am to 11pm. Drinks are also available at Sunset Beach Bar & Grill from a select menu from 11am to 5pm. A 25% discount on drinks (at an additional cost) at Sunset Beach Bar & Grill applies after 5pm.
• Guests staying in the premium club lounge rooms (select packages only) can enjoy a 4-course daily afternoon tea of Western and Indonesian delicacies in the InterContinental Club from 2pm to 4pm, as well as two hours of free-flow drinks and canapes from 5pm to 7pm. Children aged 12 years and under will not be allowed access to the Club Lounge during cocktail hours. Alternatively, families with children can choose to be served at the Club InterContinental Pool Bar during these hours only.
• InterContinental Club Lounge access (select packages only) includes complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks, exclusive access to Club InterContinental’s Serenity Pool, preferred seating in the resort’s restaurants, Club rooms in the dedicated club wing, VIP check-in and checkout and Club InterContinental breakfast from 7am to 10.30am. Children stay and eat free within dining inclusions or with a paying adult.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
