Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. • Daily buffet breakfast is available at Sufra Restaurant between 6.30am and 11am.

• Daily Regency Club Lounge access benefits include a light buffer dinner and free-flow select alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 6pm to 8pm
• Regency Club Lounge access is not valid on 31 December.
• Guests can enjoy one complimentary house cocktail or mocktail at the Eve Penthouse & Lounge from a selected menu, available from 5pm until 12am.
• NYSA spa discount is valid for select spa treatments only. Not valid on retail items and promotions.
• The Kids’ Club is available for children aged 5—12, open daily from 10am to 7pm. Access is available for up to 2 hours per day.
• 24-hour check-in and check out is available upon request but must be requested in advance.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer in a Toyota Previa or similar, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, complimentary Wi-Fi and one bottle of water per person.
• Bookings must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.
• Please provide the following information at time of booking:
  • Flight number and time
  • Drop-off hotel name
  • Any other special requests e.g. child seat requirements
• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available.
• Elevate DMC will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly.
• Valid for up to four passengers (including infants).
• Luggage restrictions: Three (3) large suitcases and one (1) small suitcase.
• An infant seat can be booked for a surcharge of US$5 per seat, per trip.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
