7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Bistro Bisou is open for dinner Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Skydeck Experience Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Inclusions: A Melbourne Skydeck admission ticket grants the holder entry to the fastest lifts in the southern hemisphere, taking you sky-high up to Melbourne Skydeck on level 88, including access to Bar 88.
- Exclusions: Meals, drinks, transfers, entry to additional attractions and merchandise.
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Melbourne Skydeck.
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and present valid ID upon request.
- Melbourne Skydeck abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them.
- Due to weather conditions and unplanned maintenance, Melbourne Skydeck cannot guarantee all additional experiences will be operating every day.
- Please note that Melbourne Skydeck cannot guarantee exclusive use of experiences.
