Extra Guest Policy: One extra guest of any age may stay for a surcharge of EUR20 per night sleeping on a single bed with breakfast and airport pick up included, payable directly to the hotel.
Infant Policy: One infant aged 5 years or under may stay free of charge sharing existing bedding and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Transfer is one way from either Pisa or Florence airport to the Executive Hotel on arrival. Please advise the hotel at least one week in advance of your arrival date, time and airport so your transfer can be arranged.
Opa Si Pass can be collected from the hotel’s front desk upon check-in and is valid for three days from the date of issue. Please note the pass doesn’t include the Gate of Heaven tour.
The Guided Walking Tour of Siena with My Tours (included only in the upgraded Superior Room packages) should be booked at the hotel’s front desk upon check-in. The walking tour starts at 11am each day and can only be taken once per stay.
