This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

**Maximum Room Capacity: **The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ’ Extra Guest Policy’ below:

**Extra Guest Policy: **An additional guest (13 years or older) may stay for a surcharge of JPY9,000 per night sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and inclusions, payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: A child (aged 12 and under) may stay for a surcharge of JPY5,500 per night sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast, payable directly to the hotel.

**Baby Policy: **An infant under the age of one may stay free of charge and will count towards room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Please note, Checkers will be under renovation from the end of February to July. During the renovation period, breakfast and dinner buffet will be served at the Windows on the World.
