Getting to Halcyon House is easy. This boutique hotel is located a short 15-minute drive south of the Gold Coast airport and a 30-minute drive north of Byron Bay. Getting to the Gold Coast is easy. Regular flights are available with Jetstar, Qantas and Virgin Australia, departing most Australian capital cities.
Flights depart regularly to Gold Coast from major gateways including Singapore (approx 7.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx 12.5 hours with one stop), Bangkok (approx 12 hours with one stop) and Dubai (approx 18 hours with one stop).
Transfers are not included in your package. Please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
**Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…**You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Classic Room, Superior Room & Ocean Superior Room - Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See below for more information.
Extra Guest Policy: One extra guest (aged 3 years or older) may stay for a surcharge of AU$100 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with breakfast included. Payable directly to the hotel.
Infant Policy: One infant (aged 2 years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the hotel upon request.
Connecting rooms are not available.
Late checkout is subject to availability.
Please Note: Spa credits must be used for a treatment of minimum 60 minutes. Spa treatments must be booked when your dates are confirmed with the hotel. Halcyon House will be in touch via email to make arrangements with you.
