A scheduled 45-minute (each way) roundtrip catamaran transfer directly to Green Island Resort from Cairns is included in your package. Please note the following catamaran transfer times:

From Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal: 8.30am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and 10:30am (Monday & Wednesday). Please proceed to Great Adventures/Green Island Resort check-in counter for your boarding passes.

From Green Island: 2.30pm (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and 4:30pm (Monday & Wednesday). Turnaround vessel time subject to change.

Please note that there are special request transfers available and must be pre-booked at least 45 days prior to arrival.

From Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal: 10:30am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

From Green Island: 9.15pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

Please note: There is no ferry service on Tuesday or Thursday.

Please note that package includes return catamaran transfers for all guests (valid only for a one-time use during your stay). The catamaran transfers are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. Luggage is subject to a maximum weight of 23kg. Luggage will be required to be repacked if over the maximum weight.

Transfers from Cairns Airport to Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal are not included.

Important Update: From March 24, 2022, a new cancellation policy applies to this offer:

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

UPDATE 23.09.20 3:15 pm AEDT: Due to a reduced Catamaran schedule, arrival/departure on Tuesdays and Thursdays is possible only by helicopter and is at guests’ own cost. Nautilus Aviation is offering Luxury Escapes customers a 25% discount per person for a one-way transfer from Cairns to Green Island or vice versa. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Island Suite – Packages are valid for two adults and two children (aged 14 years and under).

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 15 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$180 per night, sleeping on existing bedding (two double beds, on request) with accommodation and full inclusions (except discounts on diving). Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 14 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding (two double beds, on request) with accommodation and full inclusions (excluding nightly drinks and discounts on diving). Kids eat free of charge (from the kids’ menu) when each paying adult orders an a la carte main meal for lunch or dinner at Emeralds Restaurant. If you are travelling with two children who do not wish to share a bed, you MUST purchase two packages.

Baby Policy: Babies may stay free of charge but will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
