You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Island Suite - Packages are valid for two adults and two children (aged 14 years and under)

Maximum Room Capacity:The maximum room capacity for Twin Island Suites is two adults and two children (aged 14 or younger), OR three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below.

Extra Guest Policy: One extra guest (aged 15 or older) may stay in a Twin Island Suite for a surcharge of $180 per night, sleeping on existing bedding (two double beds) with full inclusions (except discounts on diving). Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 14 years and under) may stay in a Twin Island Suite free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding (two double beds) with full inclusions (excluding nightly cocktails and discounts on diving). Kids eat free of charge (from the kid’s menu) when each paying adult orders an a la carte main meal for lunch or dinner at Emeralds Restaurant. If you are travelling with three children or two children who do not wish to share a bed you MUST purchase two vouchers.

Please note that package includes return catamaran transfers for all guests (valid only for one-time use during your stay). Transfers from Cairns Airport to Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal are not included. Please note luggage is subject to a maximum weight of 23kg. Luggage will be required to be repacked if over the maximum weight
