You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Island Suite - Packages are valid for two adults and two children (aged 14 years and under)
Maximum Room Capacity:The maximum room capacity for Twin Island Suites is two adults and two children (aged 14 or younger), OR three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below.
Extra Guest Policy: One extra guest (aged 15 or older) may stay in a Twin Island Suite for a surcharge of $180 per night, sleeping on existing bedding (two double beds) with full inclusions (except discounts on diving). Payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 14 years and under) may stay in a Twin Island Suite free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding (two double beds) with full inclusions (excluding nightly cocktails and discounts on diving). Kids eat free of charge (from the kid’s menu) when each paying adult orders an a la carte main meal for lunch or dinner at Emeralds Restaurant. If you are travelling with three children or two children who do not wish to share a bed you MUST purchase two vouchers.
Baby Policy: Children under three years of age will count towards room occupancy. A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.
Please note that no additional beds may be added to any of the rooms.
Reef Suite - Packages are valid for two adults
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults. No other guests can be accommodated.
Catamaran Transfers: Please note the following catamaran transfer times - From Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal: 08:30, 10:30 & 13:00 (Please proceed to Great Adventures/Green Island Resort check-in counter for your boarding passes) From Green Island: 09.15/09:45, 12:00, 14:30 or 16:30 (Turnaround vessel time subject to change).
Please note that package includes return catamaran transfers for all guests (valid only for one-time use during your stay). Transfers from Cairns Airport to Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal are not included. Please note luggage is subject to a maximum weight of 23kg. Luggage will be required to be repacked if over the maximum weight
Please note that the Great Barrier Reef Day Trip with Great Adventures boards at 11:15am for a departure of 11:30am and returns to the resort at 4:25pm. Bookings must be made with resort reception
