- Room upgrades are strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Children aged 8 years and above can dine with an adult at Fletchers Restaurant and The Orchard. A children’s menu is available at Fletchers Restaurant.
- Children aged 12 years and above can dince with an adult at Bar & Restaurant EightyEight, and in the fine dining restaurant Shaun Rankin at Gratley Hall.
- Guests 18 and older are allowed in Valeria’s Champagne & Cocktail Bar.
- The swimming pools, thermal areas, Vitamin D Chamber, Three Graces Spa and fitness centre are restricted to guests aged 18 and older.
