Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$120 per adult (12+) and US$60 per child (4–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All-inclusive, all-day dining is available in any open restaurant. Premium menu items such as lobster, prawns and wagyu are excluded from all-inclusive dining plan. Guest will receive a 30% discount on premium dining options.
• Breakfast is available at Grand Cafe or Ibu Kitchen. Breakfast boxes are available for early departures (minimum one day notice required).
• Lunch is available at Grand Cafe, Ibu Kitchen, Jukung Restaurant, Mahi-Mahi or Chopstick Restaurant. Lunch boxes are available for offsite excursions (minimum one day notice required).
• Dinner is available at Grand Cafe, Ibu Kitchen, Chopstick Restaurant & Ramba Live Entertainment. Please note, themed buffet dinners at Ramba Live Entertainment are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Room service is food only. Drinks cannot be delivered. Premium menu items are excluded.
• Included free-flow drinks are select cocktails, select beer, select wine, juice, milkshakes, mocktails, coffee and soft drinks.
• The minibar includes beer, soft drinks, bottled orange juice, spring water and snacks.
• Premium drinks are included from 9pm to midnight at Panorama Lounge only. This includes selection of international drinks such as Red Label, Smirnoff Vodka, Gordon Gin, Bacardi, and Port, with selection subject to change and dependent on availability. Guests will receive 30% discount on other drinks (ultra premium brand) such as champagne and imported wines not included in the All-Inclusive package.
• Alcoholic drink service is not available from 1am to 11am.
• One-time Aquamedic Pool entry per adult can be redeemed from 3pm to 4pm at Thalasso Bali.
• Complimentary access to the Kids’ Club is valid for children 4–15 years of age.
• The included spa treatment is a 50-minute massage per adult at Thalasso Bali Spa. Advance bookings are recommended.
• The US$55 Sea Walker voucher is valid for one activity per adult. Sea Walker operates daily from 8am to 6pm depending on weather and tide conditions. 24-hour advance reservation required. Allocate 60 – 70 minutes for this activity.
• Daily laundry service includes two pieces per person (not applicable to dry cleaning).
• Motorised watersport credits are valid for guests aged 9+ and are only available for jet skis, sea walkers, banana boats and speedboats.
• Entrance to games room, fitness centre, karaoke lounge (open 8am-11pm) and mahjong lounge is complimentary.
• Please note, children may need to be accompanied by parents during some watersport activities.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, return transfers from your Nusa Dua hotel to the beach club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
• This experience does not need to be used on final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins, reservations only.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts, please contact CANNA Bali to arrange. On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pick-up time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information.
• If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
