Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$120 per adult (12+) and US$60 per child (4–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All-inclusive all-day dining is available in any open restaurant.
• Complimentary access to the Kids’ Club is valid for children 4–12 years of age.
• The included spa treatment is a 50-minute massage at Thalasso Bali Spa. Advance bookings are recommended.
• Premium drinks are included from 9pm to midnight at Panorama Lounge only. This includes Red Label, Smirnoff Vodka, Gordon Gin, Bacardi, and Port.
• Room service is food only. Drinks cannot be delivered.
• The included drinks are cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, juice, milkshakes, coffee and soft drinks.
• The minibar includes beer, soft drinks, bottled orange juice, spring water and snacks.
• Motorised watersport credits are valid for guests aged 9+ and are only available for jet skis, sea walkers, banana boats and speedboats.
• Please note, children may need to be accompanied by parents during some watersport activities.

• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• Transfers between Canna Bali and the Airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

Return Airport Transfers Fine Print:

• Please provide your complete flight details at least 48 hours before arrival to guarantee a timely pickup. Guests will need to contact the resort’s reservations team via email or phone.
• On-Site Requests: Transfer services can also be arranged through the Guest Services Desk or Concierge during your stay.
• Airport transfers typically allow one suitcase and one carry-on per guest
• Transfers are in either a minivan or a long van
