• Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Update 28 October 2024, 2pm AEDT: This resort is undergoing renovations until approximately the end of February 2025. Works will commence daily from 9am to 6pm. During this period, all guests will be accommodated in Wing B, as renovations are underway in Wing A. Please note, the Aqua Medic Pool at Thalasso Spa will be closed during this time.
