This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted ONE date change up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Children eat free from the kids’ menu when dining with a paying adult.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Patio Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Included massage is a traditional Thai massage at Pran Spa. Advanced booking required.
• Daily lunch or dinner is a two-course Thai set-menu meal, served at Green Mango Restaurant. Some menu items have additional surcharges.
• The nightly drink is a local beer, spirit, soft drink or cocktail, served at Soak Pool Bar or Green Mango Restaurant.
• 15% spa discount applies to any additional treatments at Pran Spa.
• Complimentary shuttle bus to Khao Lak centre departs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm and returns at 7:30pm. Booking one day in advance is essential.
• Complimentary daily resort activities are available for all guests, including Thai boxing, cycling tour, beach yoga, aqua exercise, Pandan rose-making class, badminton and beach volleyball.
• Welcome drink is a signature Thai herbal beverage served in the lobby upon check-in.
• Daily two hours of free-flow drinks (Indulgence package only) are served at Green Mango Restaurant or Soak Pool Bar from 2pm to 4pm.
• Signature two-hour relaxation revival experience (Indulgence package only) per adult takes place at Pran Spa daily from 10am to 8pm, and includes a nature body scrub and an aromatherapy massage.
• One-time cocktail making class (Indulgence package only) is one-hour and runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 2pm to 3pm at Patio Restaurant. One day advance booking is required.
• Manta Ray Kids’ Club is free of charge and open daily from 9am until 7pm. This is ideal for young children. Children below 4 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210 per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
