Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Grand Room and Lagoon/Emerald Pool Room - Packages are valid for two adults
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of USD$45 per night, sleeping on an existing day bed/corner bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding, with accommodation and breakfast only.
Baby Policy: One infant (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge with breakfast included and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.
Two Interconnecting Grand Rooms - Packages are valid for two adults
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and three children. See the ‘Child Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests are not permitted.

Meals are from a two-course set menu (unless buffet format).

Airport Transfers: A private, airport transfer on arrival is included in your package.
In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact ICS Travel Group directly via email luxuryescape@icstravelgroup.com. You must provide the following information at time of booking (and no later than 48 hours prior to arrival):
- A copy of your booking confirmation email
- Names of all travellers
- Ages of children travelling
- Arrival date and time
- Airline and flight number
- Contact phone number
- The code ‘LUXGRANDHYATT’
IMPORTANT: Transfers are in Toyota APV’s or Toyota Avanza’s and are for a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under) per package except for the Two Grand Interconnecting Rooms which includes two cars for up to two adults and three children as per above fine print. Maximum three luggage pieces allowed per car due to space restrictions of the vehicle. For Grand Room and Lagoon View Emerald Pool Room, 2 cars may be provided only where required. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions. Surcharges may apply should a larger vehicle be required.
