Fairmont Century Plaza is located in the heart of Century City, just minutes from Beverly Hills and the iconic Rodeo Drive. The hotel is also close to West Hollywood’s vibrant nightlife, the cultural landmarks of downtown LA and top attractions like the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Getty Center and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted ONE date change up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Daily a la carte breakfast is served at Lumiere from 6.30am to 11am or as in-room dining.
- Hotel Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Lumiere, the Lobby Bar, in-room dining or Fairmont Spa (excludes minibar). No minimum spend applies.
- Waived urban fees include 10% off StarLine Tours, access to the poolside lounge, personal training, golf club rental, bike rental, discounted car rental and more.
- The daily spa and laundry credits are non-accumulative and must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend applies.
- Welcome drink is either a beer, wine or soft drink, served at The Bar at Century Plaza.
- Fairmont Gold Lounge access (select packages only) includes: Daily continental breakfast served 6.30am to 10am, afternoon snacks served 12pm to 4pm, evening canapes from 5pm to 7pm and nightly desserts from 5pm to 9pm.
- Fairmont Spa is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, and on weekends from 9am to 7pm. Advance booking is recommended for treatments.
