**Maximum Room Capacity: **The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

**Extra Guest Policy: **An additional guest (aged 12 years and above) may stay for a surcharge of US$60 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, daily breakfast, daily dinner and three hours of unlimited drinks, payable directly to the hotel.

**Child Policy: **Up to two children (aged 3 - 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$30 per child, per night sleeping on one rollaway bed with accommodation, daily breakfast and nightly dinners, payable directly to the hotel.

**Baby Policy: **One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are available on request (subject to availability).

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone younger than 18 years of age. Management reserves the right not to serve an alcoholic beverage to inebriated guests.

The AU$100.00 flight credit is per person for a maximum of 2 people per booking when booking with the Luxury Escapes flights team. The flights team can be contacted on 1300 88 99 00 option 3 or by emailing flights@luxuryescapes.com Note that flights purchased via the Luxury Escapes website are not eligible for the credit. Flight credit must be used with Sri Lankan Airlines direct flights between Melbourne and Colombo. Add on are applicable for customers travelling out of Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney only. Flight credit is only available for customers travelling up to and including 31st of October 2018.
