Exclusive Sunrise Resort boasts a prime beachfront location on the island of Espiritu Santo in Vanuatu. Solomon Airlines offers direct flights from Brisbane, Australia, every Thursday. Flights are also available from New Zealand and other cities in Australia through Port Vila, Vanuatu’s capital city. The hotel is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Santo International Airport (SON). Airport transfers are included in your package, please see Fine Print.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Excursions: Excursions are scheduled for a set day each week. Guests are not required to attend, but please note that excursions can not be rescheduled and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The resort reserves the right to change the days of tours due to weather, staffing and other circumstances.
- Excursions include (sample schedule): Excursion to freshwater Blue Hole springs with picnic lunch (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), WWII Museum and market tour (Tuesday), waterfall tour (Thursday), scenic boat tour (Saturday), traditional kava ceremony (Saturday), excursion to Champagne Beach and Port Olry (Sunday).
- Return airport transfers: Please contact the resort with your flight number, date and expected arrival time three days before arrival. There are no baggage restrictions; however, if you are travelling with excessive baggage, please inform the resort before arrival.
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily breakfast is served 7.30am–9am, daily lunch is served 12pm–2pm, daily afternoon tea is served 3pm–4pm and nightly dinner is served 6pm–7.30pm.
- Nightly dinner features a rolling menu that changes each night.
- Guests can enjoy picnic or BBQ lunches on their excursions if applicable.
- While Wi-Fi is available in public areas of the resort, please note that it may not be the fastest due to the limitations in Espiritu Santo.
- Guests may not be able to access Wi-Fi from their villas.
- Weekly Cocktail Evening is held on Wednesdays 5pm–6pm. Guests receive one cocktail per adult, with canapes.
- One romantic three-course dinner on the beach or jetty must be booked in advance.
- One 30-minute massage for two adults per package must be taken together. It can be redeemed 9am–3pm in the guests’ villa and must be booked in advance.
