Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can request ONE date change within 14 days of purchase only, up until 45 days before your original check-in date, within the valid travel period and subject to availability. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team for assistance with changes.

Package changes: Change of package requests will be treated as a cancellation and per cancellation terms.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Dining credit: Dining credit may be used for any food and drink purchase. Value will be removed from room charge upon check-out. No minimum spend.
• Daily breakfast is served at Emma’s Restaurant from approximately 6am to 9am. Hours are subject to change and guests are advised to check website prior to arrival for the most up to date information.
• El Questro Wilderness Park permits are valid for duration of stay.
• Children under three are not permitted to stay at the resort.
• Return scheduled transfers (select packages): Guests must provide flight arrival details to reservations at least seven days prior to arrival to ensure transfers are able to be booked. Return transfers are included for two guests only. Additional guests may request transfers for an additional charge. Transfers may be private or shared in a car or bus.
